REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns:
We accept returns only for products that meet the following conditions:

The item is unused and still sealed.

The tamper-evident seal remains intact.

The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

Proof of purchase/receipt is available.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@rachaeledgley.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. If your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return instructions.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:

Items with damaged or broken tamper-evident seals.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, as appropriate. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.
5. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders include Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within the UK at no additional cost.
Every parcel is securely packaged and sent with tracking so you can follow your order’s journey. Delivery usually takes 2 - 3 working days once dispatched.
We currently deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via email at hello@rachaeledgley.com. Refunds can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the item according to our Returns Policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
