AUTUMN RETREAT DAY

I'm thrilled to announce that on Sunday, 27th October,
I'll be co-hosting a special autumn retreat, 'Fall Back into Balance', with my wonderful business bestie,
Stacie Kinchin Turner.
This rejuvenating day will take place at the serene Canary Shed in Burnham-on-Crouch, running from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Our retreat will feature two transformative yoga sessions, a soothing sound bath, an inspiring guest speaker, a goodie bag, and much more.
